John Ugochukwu Udoh
John Ugochukwu Udoh is a finance and transformation professional with experience spanning investment banking, project management consulting, and digital and finance transformation across Nigeria, the United States, and Canada. He has served as a structured finance associate, program manager, and project financial controller on multimillion-dollar construction, IT, and M&A initiatives. John holds a postgraduate degree in International Trade from UCLA and a Master’s in Finance from Queen’s University. He is an FCCA, CPA Canada member, and PMP.

Gbenga Ige
Gbenga Ige is a Business Strategy leader at Microsoft, where he oversees ML/AI technology investments to enhance seller productivity and shapes strategy for the company’s ~$1B Startup program. He began his career as an engineer at Cummins Inc., designing diesel engines, before joining McKinsey & Company to lead technology strategy engagements. Gbenga holds a bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Folarin Erogbogbo
Folarin Erogbogbo is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at San Jose State University. His work is considered pioneering in nanotechnology for biomedical and energy applications because of his demonstrations with quantum dots on the nanoscale. He is also the founder of Black Engineer Week.
He received a doctor of philosophy from The State University of New York at Buffalo

Fiyinfolu Balogun
Dr. Fiyinfolu Balogun is a medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York with a clinical focus on gastrointestinal cancers. He is also an active research scientist, leading several grant funded projects and clinical trials to improve care in pancreas and colorectal cancers. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology & Psychology from university of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). After which he received MD and PhD degrees from University of Chicago, then completed post-doctoral training at New York University.

Chiazor Chukwulobe
Chiazor Chukwulobe is an education leader with over 18 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, and quality assurance. She has served as a teacher and Head of School in international schools in Nigeria and contributed to Lagos State quality assurance initiatives. Currently, she is a Project Manager in Education at Red River Polytechnic in Manitoba, Canada, leading educational projects and designing impactful learning experiences. She holds degrees in English and Education from the University of Nottingham.

Hafiz Oko-osi
Hafiz Oko-osi is a Pharmacist, Health Economist, and Clinical Outcome Assessment Scientist with over 15 years of experience spanning across hospital pharmacy, consulting, and biotechnology in the United States.
Hafiz obtained his Pharmacy degree from the University of Lagos and holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Mississippi.

EeJay Agada is an education specialist with over ten years of experience in leading and teaching that spans 3 continents- North America, Africa, and Asia. One of her most memorable developmental projects was serving as an advisor with Peace Corps Madagascar in conjunction with UNICEF and USAID. She earned a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University, and is currently working on educational projects in China.

Tunde Ajayi
Tunde Ajayi is an upstream engineering and operations executive with over 18 years of experience across U.S. unconventional plays. He has held senior leadership roles spanning completions, reservoir, production, and development planning, driving capital efficiency and asset performance. He founded Hastyn Resources to advise on asset valuation and M&A, and previously led teams at Apex Energy II, High Road Resources, and Rice Energy, contributing to major exits and an IPO. He holds degrees from Boğaziçi University, Texas A&M University, and Carnegie Mellon University.
